Shipping & Delivery
Every order is prepared by hand in our Lisbon atelier and packed in a protective gift box.
Processing time
Orders are prepared within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays). You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves our atelier.

Tracking your order
All parcels are shipped with tracking. As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it to your door.
Packaging
Each piece arrives in our signature jewellery box, wrapped securely so it reaches you in perfect condition — ready to keep or to gift.
